Registration of Foreign Tenants with Thai Immigration

Landlords are required by law to register foreign tenants within 24 hours of the tenant moving into the property.
After the recent bombing in Bangkok, the government will enforce this law more strictly.

How to register / report your foreign tenant:
Take the required documents in person to an immigration office.
If you don't live near an immigration office, you can send the forms by post.
You can also register and report on-line at
